Games won't work

i downloaded lego digital designer and when i click on it to open it nothing happens

and when i try to play disneys toontown online it loads and then when i click to start playing it gets really slow and usually exits itself before i can start playing the game and when it works(sometimes) it only lets me play for like a minute and then freezes and exits itself or just exits itself without freezing
