If you could work your budget whereby you could fit an SSD in there I would recommend doing so. Install your OS on said SSD. You'll love the load times. The i5 makes for a great gaming cpu.

Now here is an issue: You list DDR4 RAM but your motherboard is designed for DDR3. This also raises the question: What version of the i5 did you choose, I.e. Skylake or Haswell?

Btw, you PC Parts list is not showing any information.
 
Looks like you might have a mobo/CPU mismatch. Specifically, the AMD motherboard you've listed here won't work with Intel chips.

P.S. It appears the chip listed is of the Haswell variety.
