geforce 4 mx440 problem

this card worked well before but now with the same games,it is causing problems.it crashes on to the desktop or restarts when im in the middle of the game.when i remove the card and play with my onboard vga,everything works fine.i get this error message :
a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

disable bios memory options such as caching or shadowing

well did you disabled those options in the bios?
try to get drivers 54.XX i think it was something that newer drivers had improvements only for FX series.
