    Hi, I have a(n) Athlon xp 2600, PC2700 512 mb RAM, and a Geforce FX 5700LE. My doom 3 framerates are awful, and the settings in the game are at 640x480, med graphics with specula off. Is there any way to get better framerates? Are there any tweaks for my card that would help not only in this game but in others like Call of Duty: UO or Nascar Racing 2003 season?

    That card should be able to run DOOM 3 at higher settings. Are you using the latest drivers and game patches?

    I'm running the latest Nvidia driver, but i think i need to get the latest Doom 3 patch. Thank guys for helping
