Well for the performance difference I would rather not have a DustBuster in my computer ;)

yeah, i had a listen to the sound file, thats stupidly loud, i'll stick with my ti4400, it runs every game that i have at tasty resolutions and frame rates and doesn't deafen me.

Nvidia is in big trouble. even the most positive reviews so far admit that while the Fx is a big step over the Ti4600 compared to the 9700 pro it is only marginally better. AND that the noise generated by the dustbuster is unbearable.

Nvidia would have been better off releasing the FX earlier at the 400 mhz speed without the dustbuster and taken it's lumps. by delaying the launch and pumping the FX up to 500 mhz and leading it's loyal consumers to believe that it would be far more than it has tunred out to be Nvidia has left its loyal fans feeling they were lied to. and this is going to have long lasting repercussions for Nvidia.
