General help needed

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong forum but couldn't decide where to put it. First of all I am wanting a free microsoft office download either 2003 or 2007 but don't know where to find one. Secondly My friend downloads various games which are fully working with online still intact such as Sims 3 and Football manager but was wondering how he does it. Any help is gladly apreciated
