generic host proccesor for windows32 services

after some minutes online i get the follolwing message from windows:

generic host proccesor for windows32 services!!!

when i choose DONT SEND i go offline!!!!!

i ckeck for details and says something about my ip.

can anyone help me?
i will be pleased!!!

Generic Host etc............ is Windows DNS and remote networking services.

It includes names like svchost.exe and lsass.exe.As long as those are located

in the system 32 folder they are legitimate and should be allowed at all times.

Some spyware tries to imitate some of those processes,so you have to check
names and file paths.
