getting at sonic furys 6 audio channels! ?

  1. fabpab Newcomer, in training

    i just got a sonicfury audio card and im trying to use its extra 4 channels other that front left and right.
    i use win XP and have VST LOGIC and NUENDO.....
    i can only use it an a stero card! i would love to use it as a 5.1 surround card!
    has anyone had this prob? has anyone solved this pro?
    any help would be apreicated!

    Never used either of those programs, but what are they for? If its recording/music creation that's all you can get unless you're able to encode to AC-3 or similar.
    MP3 & all are just stereo.

    In the Santa Cruz control panel applet be sure to set the Speaker output mode to 6 Speaker & enable Virtual 5.1 if you want that for playback though.

    hmm.. yea they are music aplications.. the thing is i can see all the channels now under win 98... just they do do nout! LOL...
