Inactive Getting error on bootup streamnt32.dll

Hi,
Can anyone guess why I am getting this error when I boot up.
Run DLL - Cannot find c:\Anshu\Local Settings\Application Data\streamnt32\streamnt32.dll not found.
How do I fix this?
I did run the chkdsk /R command but this did not fixed the issue.
Also it is IMAC and my volume buttons are not working in Windows but they are in Mac operating system.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I don't see the latest mini dump too.

streamnt32.dll doesn't look like a legit file.

Still getting error

I did the Malware run and the Temp Clean run.
Attached are the three files in zip but I am still getting the same error when I reboot.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I am running AVG anti virus software.

GMER log is missing.
