Getting terrible FPS

  1. So I recently upgraded my build to a 150 gig raptor hard drive and a EVGA 8800 GT 512 mb super clocked edition video card. My motherboard is a Asus M2N32-Sli premium vista edition, my CPU is an AMD dual core 5200 athlon 64 x2 clocked at 2.6 ghz. I have 2 gigs of ram and i believe it is DDR2 800. But my question is, when I play a game I get terrible Frames per second. For example, when I play WoW I should be getting more than 60 fps but instead i get half of that. Any type of help would be appreciated, so that i don't spend any more money to play certain games.

it would be good if u could put the rest of u're system specs up so we know what u have. the video card is definitely needed.
