Ghost SCSI CD Drive

Recently, I was looking through my CD drives and came across a rogue CD drive. I don't have its physical counterpart (all my physical cd drives are there), but this one just doesn't exist. It's described as: "RE5276U LEC472N SCSI CdRom device", and google returns no results for it. I can of course, right click it and uninstall it, but anytime I restart, or rescan for hardware changes, it shows up again. I have absolutely no idea where it came from, or how to truly nuke it. Thoughts?

Remove it

After restart is it back?
