Good Temp/fan monitor

  1. can anyone recommend a good digital temp/fan speed monitor off newegg? Ive looked through a couple of them and they all seem to have bads comments.

    although you should take all newegg comments with a grain of salt, many if them are written by people who claim to have a "high understanding" of the type of component that they are writing about, but then they list ridiculous cons that are either their own mistake, or are completely unrelated to the component itself.

    My case has a temp display with 3 sensors built in and it works quite well. I used to use the Digital Doc 5. it was a great temp monitor, but it only turned the fans on and off (as opposed to variable speeds) so i sold it on ebay ;) it can monitor up to 8 components, so if you don't care about fan speed control then it's a great temp monitor (although it's looks are kind of plain)
