I think google employees are clever enough to understand that chrome os as a browser based os is most likely to fail, even if it's backed by a company like google!
Google invading the OS and notebook departments? I'll have to see how this plays out... though I kinda foresee they'll fail. Maybe.. OS's and Notebooks now, tomorrow, the world?
