Google is redirecting me

Hello, every time that I search something on google i get redirected to another web page (not to the site that I am searching for.). I have run Lava-Soft Adware, Maleware Bytes (both detected trojans and adware and were deleted), and Hijack This. I am still having the same problem. I have attached the Maleware and Hijack this logs. Please help. Thanks.
