Google now offers up news results in search from non-approved sources like Reddit

  1. You may have noticed some new sources popping up in the "news" section of Google results lately, as the company has apparently changed its definition of what sites it considers news.

    They need to work on the algo a little bit. I've seen articles pop up in the results that, while being exactly what I was after, couldn't be categorized as news even by the most inclusive definition of the term.

    Instead of this they need to take out the clickbait 90% of sites personnal block list wont stop news links.

    I read a "article" from wired the other day it was just a stub that 20 other e*****s all had released on the say day for money.

    If Google filtered out clickbait, the online traffic of every major news outlet would zero overnight.
