Google redirecting/Antivirus won't update

My Google search results are redirecting to different sites and my Trend Micro Antivirus won't search for updates. Also, I think my computer is running a little slower than usual. I've done the 8 steps and included the logs. Both the malware and spyware searches did not find any problems. Thanks for any help!

Your scan times are around 10 hours! The full scans should run under 2 hours... I would say that your system is slow. What are your system specs?

Yeah, I think maybe they took so long because I ran them in the evening and fell asleep and my computer went to sleep, because in general it's not that slow. I have Windows XP on this laptop, it has a 1.6 GHz centrino duo processor, and 1 GB of RAM.
