Inactive Google results redirect

I know I've seen a lot of people complaining about a similar thing, basically I search on Google and I almost always get redirected to a different site after clicking on a result.

I have a little knowledge but not enough to get rid of whatever's causing it.

I've included a log from HijackThis, is there anything I should get rid of to fix the problem?
