I don´t think so, companie sometime do pait you birds in the air in order to make you quit, but the real reason is that they want to make damage to the company where you actually work, in this case is facebook taking employees from google. I´ve never heard of google taking microsoft people.

And on top of that dont want to share data that google DO hare with them. I use to somewhat hate facebook but after im reading TECHSPOT i learn what is the bussiness behind, and that my data would never leave facebook sarvers, even if I delete it, or complain about it.

In this one I really think google is doing a good thing for the users.
