Google's Nest acquires video monitoring startup Dropcam for $555 million

    I suppose complaining is easier than reading the article...
    Seriously though, half a billion dollars for a company that makes a camera that connects to wifi?! Oh wait... it has a motion detector on it right, so it's just like those motion detection enabled cameras that outdoor types like hunters and scientists have used for years to record animals in the wild.

    Hey, Google... I have this bridge I'd like to sell you... don't worry, it's not like a normal bridge... it has wifi!

    $555... soo close to $666 XD but seriously why didnt google just buy it.... would make more sense wouldnt it...
