???Grandma cookies???

  1. Ok so my friends computer totaly died but just before we were looking at all the crap and junk he had on it and there were hundreds of cookies in his folder. As I took a closer look most of them read cookie:Grandma so we clicked on them on to find that norton was saying it was a virus for each one of them.

    Just wondering if anyone else has seen grandma cookies before

    Nope, never heard of grandma cookies.

    I suggest you delete them all.

    trust me i would if i could but that computer is in a junk yard some where we bought him a new one :)

    Go and read the Trojan Pakes and other nasties preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

    Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as an attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
