I have a e-Geforce 6600 w/ the newst driver, when i go into source i get these white flikering dots all over, and my graphics feel jumpy any ideas?

White dots can often times be signs of artifacting, which is caused by too much heat/overheating or bad memory on the videocard.

Most often it's just a case of poor case cooling. I'd inspect your case for proper ventilation and maybe play with the side off and a fan pointed directly at the innards for a test. The jerking can be caused by throttling or from the temperature issue as well.
