Graphics card advice

I'm looking to upgrade my pc with a graphics card.........iv'e got an

ABIT VA 20 mobo with an AMD Semperon 2400+ 1.66 GHz and 2GB Ram
There is an AGP slot that supports 8x/4x AGP cards and can use 1.5v or 0.8v

Can anyone make suggestions as to what I could use

The best AGP card is the 1950XT AGP. Its the fastest AGP card I believe. It will cost you mere to nothing to buy it,, like 50 bucks maybe. good luck

Thanks for your replys red1776 and tweakboy will look into both options..............are they the only ones that will work with my set up or are they just the best of the bunch

There's not too much to choose from for AGP. The ones mentioned are all good choices. Are you getting a new card for gaming? I would look for a used card which you should be able to find dirt cheap online.

Given the rest of your system a higher end card may not perform as well as it could. Just something to consider.

Just make sure your PSU can support the new card.

The best AGP card is the Radeon HD 4670. But it's not really worth the price.
