Graphics card or CPU/ram

Hey guys I have a Phenom IIx4 940 BE CPU, HIS HD4850 1gb 256 bit Graphics card and 4gb 667 mhz dd2 ram. I want to upgrade my pc but I have limited money for now. it s better to get a HD7870xt graphics card or to get Intel 3570K CPU/motherboard and 2x4 gb 2133mhz ddr3 ram both for gaming and using autocad etc?

A CPU/MOBO/RAM upgrade will benefit you more than a new GPU will.

I think you should get a AMD FX6350 or FX8350 since AutoCAD is optimized for many cores. Plus, the CPUs and motherboards are cheaper.
