everytime i click on a word doc or xls attachment in outlook i get a grey screen instead of the document. if i click on the side icon for that file it will open or and return to screen
but it takes a few tries. i am using the outlooc 2003 not the express conneted to a server and yes i still cannot send emails in outlook, thanks .
