    When I enter the coupon code it says "Coupon Code could not be verified, please try again." I put it in under the "4 - Review Order" part right? Maybe it's not available in Canada...

    Maybe but in any case the coupon appears to have expired. It's no longer mentioned at the website.

    I just got an email from TD that shows the coupon code for the $20 off so it should still work but who knows.
