    Most have seen this already but it is a great guide for beginners and anyone who would like to learn a little more about Windows XP. It's a 177 page pdf, hence the reason I can not attach it here. SO here is the link:

    Does the guild include advice on how to open Word doc folders with "access denied" error? I copied an article printed in a Yahoo message group to my word file and it corrupted all my folders-- I can not open nor delete the folders.
