I am still really stuck with this bugger.

I deleted it once by changing the extension, but it showed up again. Seems to be tied to my Norton somehow as the warning bubble in the system tray constantly pops up. I uninstalled all my Norton stuff and it still shows up.

thoughts anyone??

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.

I have already gone through all those steps...

There was no evidence of javapanel, taskcenter, xpjava, etc.
 
Ok no problem.

I find evidence of the sdbot infection in your HJT log.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

Then, post a fresh HJT log.

I got through those processes. Ewido found a bunch of stuff.

I attached logfiles for Ewido and updated HJT.

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Go to add remove programmes in your control panel and uninstall anything to do with(if there).

Close control panel.

Click start/run and type regsvr32 /u C:\Program Files\RXToolBar\sfcont.dll into the run box and press the enter key.

Click start/run and type services.msc into the run box and press the enter key.

When the window appears, maximise it.

Double click on the following services(If there), and selcet stop if they are running. Set the startup type to disabled. Click apply/ok for each service.

Close the services window.

Open your task manager, by holding down the ctrl and alt keys and pressing the delete key.

Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.
