my hard disk keeps crashing for some reason it say theres an error and i need to back up my files it started happening just last week and i didnt write down the name of the error but every time i get the blue screen and i dont know how to fix it and the crashes are getting more frequent every time can someone help plz

Have you scanned your drive?
It may not be the hard drive having a problem.
It could be a update,driver or other software you installed redently.
Have you made any changes recently to your system ?
If you could post the error message it may help someone pinpoint the problem...

When your system crashes are you getting the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD)? If so we need you to post your minidumps.
How to find your minidumps:
My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files. It is these files that we need you to attach to your next posting, NOT the whole folder.
Below your reply screen is the Additional Options screen. Notice the Manage Attachment button.
* Also, if you are getting harddrive errors then I strongly suggest you run ChkDsk and especially run a harddrive diagnostics. Do you know the make of your harddrive? Several manufactuer's privide free harddrive diagnostic utilities .
It would also be a wise move to back up all your important data.
