Hard drive addition question.

Hello I purchased and installed a new 250 GB EIDE hard drive. I would like to make it the master hard drive and the smaller 40-50 GB hard drive the slave. I am looking for information that will help me transfer the smaller hard drive information to the larger one and then I would like to move the larger hard drive to the "master" slot and have the smaller hard drive be the slave.
Can anyone walk me through how to go about doing this. Another issue I have is when I purchased my computer Windows XP was aleady installed and I don't have any disks. So I can't use Windows XP disk to get the information to my new hard drive. Is there a way to work around this issue? I am not real computer savy so be gentle and use small words....

Set the master/slave as you would like them to be. Then use the DiscWizard utility from Seagate to copy the old drive contents to the new drive.
