Hard Drive Auto-Reboots - Game Issue?

I've noticed recently that my computer re-boots for no apparent reason, but only when im playing one specific game. The game im playing is OpenArena. Its a Quake like game thats free. When I play this, and only this it re-boots, which is pretty unfortunate.

Check for viruses and spyware, never trust anything "free"!

Oh, I don't have anything like virus's, or spyware, since I've just reformated recently.

A lot of my friends have the game as well, and it doesn't occur on thier pc's. Not sure what it could be.

Perhaps this thread is better placed in the Games Forum?

Perhaps a file in the game is corrupted. Can you download a new copy, uninstall the old version and reinstall?
