Hello, thank you for reading this! My problem started when I was downloading some music and running winamp at the same time. I wen to add some files to winamp, when the computer froze. I am running Win/2000, so i hit ctr-alt-del to see what was the problem. The computer did not respond immediately, so I stepped away for 30 minutes. When I returned, the system had core dumped. I restarted the system and when I did, the hard drive clicked once -*click *click - and then again - *click *click - Then the system said that there was no operating system found. I checked all connections and tried again, but no luck. I took out the HD and attached it as a slave in my other computer and the system would not boot with it in there. Could someone please steer me in the right direction. Thanks.
