Hard Drive Icon

  1. After downloading an old dos game: One Must Fall 2097. I noticed that in My Computer when I go to access my C: drive by clicking the icon it opens up the install.exe for One Must Fall not C: drive. I have tried deleting the install program but then when I go to open the drive again it states that it can't locate the install.exe. I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the target path for this icon so that it will not open the install file but my hard drive.

Being an older dos game it just might have dumped the install.exe into the root directory of C:
Can you view the C: drive in Explorer instead of My computer? ?
And what OS are you running ? ?

you'll probably need to mess with the icon's target path. in winows the targte can be changed by right clicking on the icon. change the field to c:
