Here's one for the Microsoft bashers.

I bought a Core 2 Duo (512 RAM, 160GB HDD) with Basic RHEL WS 4.0 preloaded.

And, the Vendor didn't provide the RHEL 4.0 CDs or a subscription number.

One month, and several emails later, I get this answer (a pure and simple copy & paste):

This is a first for me.

And, to top it all, the PC went down in less than 6 hours of operation!
