Have drivers but showing in DXDIAG N/A

I have a Gateway NE56R34u Laptop, I tried to check the drivers in device manager and it seems that everything has been installed properly or no missing drivers found but when I tried to check some of my hardware in DXDIAG showing N/A for (operating system, processor video etc.) I also tried to update it or uninstall the driver but still the same help me out please thank you

1. Do you have problems and that lead you to attempting DxDiag,
   
2. or no issues and DxDiag is not what your expected?
