Having some xp lock-up trouble. HijackThis logfile to look at.

I've been having some trouble the last couple of days with lock-ups. I can't think of anything I've changed on the pc during that time. I ran HijackThis and here's the logfile, just in case anyone is willing to take a at it:

Follow these instructions EXACTLY and put HijackThis in e.g C:\Program Files\HJT and NOT in Temp or on the Desktop!.

Thanks. I'll try and apply the correct procedures. Honestly I didn't know that I shouldn't post the log in text form. Sorry.
