Having trouble with Internet Security Deluxe

Hi,
I have been having trouble with InterentSecurity Deluxe, I have removed it from my computer and used some different virus scanners and ad-aware to get rid of any viruses or malaware and it still pops up on my computer even when my internet is off. I have no idea what to do anymore. I am not very adept with computers so any usufull information would be extremely helpful. I would very much like to get this off of my computer.. thanx

Here’s what I see in your HJT log:

I see Internet Security Deluxe still running. It’s being started at startup as a System Service
O23 - Service: System Service (SystemService) - InternetSecurityDeluxe - C:\WINDOWS\system32\SystemService.exe

1. Boot your computer into safe mode (Restart the computer and immediately at power up start tapping F8 (F8 works for most computers) like once a second. Select SafeMode when presented with start options. (You should see it BEFORE XP starts)
2. Delete the service startup. Start -> Run and type cmd then hit Enter. From the prompt now type sc delete SystemService
3. Delete the file itself. Use Explorer to delete the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\SystemService.exe
4. Reboot

You also need fix the HJT entry: O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://edits.mywebsearch.com/toolbar...tml?p=ZJfox000

When you run HJT click the box for that entry, the click the button Fix Checked

We can not delete O23's with hijackthis we need a script

We need to delete a service first.

open Notepad, then copy the codes belows in the quote box:

del service.cmd and exit

then paste them into the notepad file, name the file fix.cmd and change the "Save as Type" to "All File", then save it to your desktop.

Locate the file you just created on the desktop, and double-click to run it.

open hijackthis and place a check next to the item below

Your log looks clean but just to make sure

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Then reboot into safe mode by rebooting then start tapping the F8 key you will get the advance option select safe mode then load run the program
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

When you all use a batch file to stop a service - just like with many tools - if the name of the service has spaces in it - then you need to wrap the whole name with "" if it is all one word then you don't -

Correct:
sc stop badservice
sc stop "bad service"

Incorrect:
sc stop "badservice"
sc stop bad service

I hope that makes sense
