I want to reinstall windows 7 OS on my HCL ME laptop series 1045 but I dont have the driver CD. I fear that if I install the windows again then my LAN network may not work and I may not be able to go on internet. Pls help. The details of my laptop are- ACPI*86 basedPC, Disc driver ST9320325 AS ATA device, Realtek RTL 8723 AE wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC, Thanks and regards.

Have a look at the sticky at the top of the forum about how to backup your drivers. Review the backup folders when done. You should find your network drivers backed up along with the rest
