HD finally dying?

So while booting up a usual game I play, my HD gives a loud click, revs down, then revs back up to another click. It does this about 6 times before I get a blue screen. (I'll be sure to write down the error codes next time it happens) Is this a sign that the HD is starting to fail?

you are getting the click of death its a matter of time before it breaks...
