HDD Led doesn`t lights

Hi i am useing HDD: Western Digital 80GB ATA, i check my hdd led it work, but led doesn`t lights. i don`t know what to do ???

**I have reverced the led it doesn`t lights, i check the led the led is working, may be something wrong with motherbord? I don`t know what to do ?? If you know please tell me. thanks

do you have the case hard drive LED connected properly to the motherboard? Is a power connector connected to the hard drive?

Well

If you have it hooked to the motherboard correctly the way the mother manual describes and it still does not work, try reversing the connection. Somtimes the pin 1/positive marking isnt correct on the connector from the front panal. If it still does not work then you simply have a bad led bulb on the case.
