HDMI Duplex ?

I'd like to know if there is such a thing because a friend wants to run an extra HDMI to another tv. I don't know if the current box he uses has just one HDMI outlet or more so I thought I'd ask you experts if there is a HDMI duplex.

If you're talking about sending one source to multiple displays you'll need something like this

Ok, my apologies, I misunderstood him. He wants to watch movies he has on his pc on his tv & I think he also wants to watch tv on his pc. I asked about the latter for myself but was basically told the quality wasn't good or words to that effect. I can't find my related thread.
