Headset is Speedlink Coniux(not a PS4 version, standard 3.5mm version).
So lately, my heaset cable has become quite of a mess. It's not braided so it's bent all over the lenght of it and the wiring is visible on 2 parts of the cable, but it still works.
I know you should be able to replace it by soldering a new cable and I have no issue with that.
Now, both mic and audio is connected with one wire that splits into two jacks at the end.
My question is, can I buy a standard cable with a 3.5mm jack and a spllitter to be able to use the mic and audio?
I also have and inline controller for the audio level, what can I do about that?
