Hi,

I´m having a heat problem with my new INTEL DG33TLM G33 SKT-775 PCI-E M-ATX motherboard.

When I try to edit bios settings at startup the MCH area has 66 degrees celsius and the ICH area has 42 degrees C. Temperature in ICH area increases with about 1 degree every two seconds until the computer stalls. Does anyone know anything about this problem?
I tried to aim 2 fans against the problemarea to cool it, but it did´nt help.

My CPU and graphic card is watercooled

Many thanks in advance!

This sounds out of line for a new board. I would exchange it for another. You might check the installation. Is anything wrong? Sounds like a fan isn't doing it's job with that raising heat/shutdown. Is the CPU fan seated right with a high quality thermal compound? Good Luck.
