    I've been browsing and using these forums (particularly the virus removal area) for a while, but as I've now been defeated by a colleagues PC cleanup, I'm newly registered so that I can ask for help.

    I'm an IT professional based in East Yorkshire, UK, and also a musician in my spare time.
