    Welcome to Techspot.
Here is a great place to start if you haven't already done so.
As for your keyboard problem, it could be memory. Please check it here.
Also, this is an excellent utility to run, it has a number of great utilities that will freshen your system.

    You Have Spyware!

You have spyware on your laptop.

Go to the Downloads section and download/install/update/run the following 3 anti-spyware utilities:

    • Malwarebyes Anti-Malware
      SuperAntipsyware
      Spybot Search & Destroy

    Report back with results.

    Hi cjnrussell

I am not a mod, but
    Welcome to [IMG] :grinthumb

If you think you have malware, as suggested by another user, you will need to start an appropriate thread in an appropriate forum.
This area is for introductions only, not for questions. (Please see the stickies, by Julio, at the top.)

When I arrived, one of the Mods welcomed me with these helpful hints.

You should read how to post a new thread in this Guide.

Before posting you should read all the Posting Guidelines.

To access technical support you may go to the Forums.

Many users like to post system specs in their Profile.
System Specs are always helpful when you seek support, (see the first two suggestions).
And helpers may ask that you post some of your specs in your thread.

You can access many other online TechSpot guides Here.

    Enjoy your Stay :)

    Hello again CJNRussell...

I wasn't scolding or anything... just trying to give a pointer.
Questions posted in intros are often over looked.

Besides... keeps the board cleaner keeping similar threads in the same general area.
