Hello everyone

  1. Hi all.

I joined this forum some time ago but never got around to introducing myself.

I live in Exeter, UK and am in training with Whatthetech Classroom. Once my training is complete I would eventually like to help fight malware as much as my time allows.

Good to meet you all and hope to pick up some good advice here and maybe provide answers to MS Office issues.

    Hi Satchfan

Glad to see you are training to be a helper. Such !qualified! help is needed!
I cannot speak for the board, since I am not a mod, but

    Welcome to [IMG] :grinthumb

When I arrived, one of the Mods welcomed me with these helpful hints.

You should read how to post a new thread in this Guide.

Before posting you should read all the Posting Guidelines.

To access technical support you may go to the Forums.

Many users like to post system specs in their Profile.
System Specs are always helpful when you seek support, (see the first two suggestions).
And helpers may ask that you post some of your specs in your thread.

You can access many other online TechSpot guides Here.

    Enjoy your Stay :)

    :wave:Hello B00kWyrm.

Thanks for the information - it's always helpful to have a few pointers when getting used to a forum.

I won't be qualified for a time yet as the teachers are very thorough.

When I do qualify, of course, my first obligation is to the forum that has spent the time and patience to teach me but I hope that eventually I shall be able to spread my help around as some of my teachers do.

Once again, thanks for the warm welcome.
