    Hello everyone
    My name is Michael and Iam a 41yr old dietitian who has had a computer for 18mths approx. I am reasonably competent using software, but realise I know very little about what goes on inside the computer "underneath the hood" so to speak. I am running A dell dimension 4600 , 3.0 Ghz speed chip,2.0 gigs of ram,and 40gig hardrive.Using windows xp sp2. Use firefox 1.5 most of time.
    Have been reading the posts for last couple of weeks and have learnt a great deal....thankyou very much so far...has been very helpful.
    At present system ok except notepad opens up on start up with message, but will search the posts for answer and get back to u if none avaliable.
