hi, thanks for this community. looking forward to being a contributor. my first contribution will be a question in the troubleshooting arena. ive got an aging Dell that keeps crashing without any notice. it then provides this error:

BCCode : 10000050 BCP1 : E1AD8000 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 804FB2DD

BCP4 : 00000001 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

hope you guys can help! i dont want to reinstall the operating system if i can avoid it. ill post in the right forum. thanks
