    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Since you failed to give the requested information, go HERE and see if you can find the correct sound drivers.

    You`ve already said that.

You were asked for your system brand and model, but only gave the brand.

I have given you a link to your system manufacturers download section.

Once you find the correct audio driver for your system, just download and install it. It really is that simple.

    Regards Howard :)

if you can't find it, just post what your model is and I would be glad to get a link for you to go download the correct drivers

    nope, just click download now

    Installation

After you have downloaded and double-clicked the file (9537593.exe), files self-extract and copy into the C:\Cabs\9537593 folder on the hard drive.

    1. From the Start menu, in the Start Search field, type: C:\Cabs\9537593\Setup.exe, and then press ENTER.

    2. In the User Account Control dialog box, click Allow.

    3. Follow all onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
