Hello, I'm Melissa from Ft. Lauderdale

I'm very novice, but I have been working hard on an awful problem since 5/29/07 while doing some investigative work for my uncle. After 2 days and several hours of PC problems, I hired someone who did not do their job. I believe I learned more this past week on malware, spyware and backdoor trojans than he has and I want some advice before I throw in the towel.

I am just a mom who is looking for advice from the smart guys. Thanks for all your support and advice.
