Hello, Need your help bout a cmoputer, dump file inculded...

Hello, im having a problem with my computer that restatrts all the time, i have included a dump file, i saw an event in evet viewer which says:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was:
0x40000080 (0x89b72130, 0x896d1828, 0x805501e8, 0x00000001). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini091606-01.dmp

anyway im adding the dump file, hope u can help me

Your minidump crashes at Rtenicxp.sys. This is your Realtek onboard nic.

Try updating the drivers from your mobo manufacturers website.

Hello Howard, thank you for your help, just another question please

could it be because of a problem in my onboard nic itslef or a hardware problem with my motherboard? cuz my mobo is still under warranty and if it could be the problem ill go to get a new one....

Yes, it`s possible the onboard nic is faulty. However, without seeing more minidumps, it`s very difficult to be sure.

I take it updating the drivers hasn`t helped?

Post more minidumps just to make sure it`s the same problem.

i checked them already and saw that its the same file which causing the prob.

anyway i would also very appreciate if you would also take a look, i added few dump files in a zipped file.
and as far as i understand it could be a hardware problem with the onboard nic?

1 minidumps crashes at your video card driver.

I believe your problem is caused by either your Realtek nic drivers, or the nic itself.

If updating/changing drivers doesn`t help, maybe try a separate nic and see how it goes.
